    Orientation began with a bang as the different houses, namely, Keller, Darwin, Byron, Polo, Owens, and Nobel, wore their coloured house tees proudly and marched into the hall to raucous applause and cheers. Though it was difficult, the J1s eventually warmed up to each other and new friendships were forged, making the entire cohort more close-knit.
