    Medals Galore for JJC Taekwondo Club 2017 at ‘A’ Division Championships 2017

    JJC TKD was able to maintain our position as defending Overall Champions for males (JJC was also overall champion for males in 2016). We are also proud to announce that, although we did not have many female competitors this year, our girls fought hard and won overall 4th place for females! Altogether we brought home 21 Gold Medals, 7 Silver Medals and 19 Bronze Medals!

    JJC sent a total of ten students to participate in the competition. The 4½-day competition involved a series of training activities including SWAT analysis, fieldwork, model making and building. Students then had to come up with a design of an ideal urban living and working environment in Buona Vista node.

    JJC’s Lionhearter Club collaborated with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) to organize the Response Ready Programme on 30th and 31st March. This is the 13th year of our school’s collaboration with the SCDF 4th Division. The programme was previously known as the Community Emergency Preparedness Programme, and it was revamped to support the SGSecure movement.

  • Vannavil 2017

    Vaanavil invites Tamil Language students from Junior Colleges across Singapore to compete in three categories, namely Tamil Short Film making, Acapella Singing and Stand Up Comedy.
